You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making the payment. Post this period a cancellation request will not be accepted.

The exchange or return policy is not applicable for any of the products of Kivu®, as these are food products. However, exchange or refund is allowed if the product arrived was in bad and non-consumable condition. The product should be unused and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.
As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund/exchange within 8-10 working days.
