Kivu^® ships Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends and on public holidays in India. Times vary according to availability, but are usually processed within 3 business working days (Monday to Friday). Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to India and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. If an order is out of stock, we shall advise you by email within 5 working days and offer you a refund.
